    I was in immense pain and felt a lot of strain in my legs. I struggled to sit down on a chair without holding onto something. I contacted Cathy and she got back to me straight away with her earliest appointment. The treatment relieved a lot of pain and gave me the ability to sit down on a chair easily from just one session. I was also shown exercises to do from home at no extra cost.

    Cathy is an exceptional therapist. She knew exactly which places to target and was not scared of doing some deep tissue massaging. I have been going to physios for 10 years and can truly recommend them.

    Out of all of the health professionals I have seen, Cathy was the first one to explain in specific terms what was going on with my muscles. In my experience, I have found it to be very important on being informed of your issue so you have a better understanding on how to overcome the problem.
