  I’ve been a tenant of Devine Drummoyne and found the property managers really professional, all requests for repairs are dealt with promptly and I was always treated in a courteous manner. I look forward to renting through them again in the future.

  do not deal with these people, there are plenty of options and steer clear. Their flexibility levels are below 0; every small thing you ask, they make it sound like a huge favour they're doing and not even do it. Their answers are just" because it's like this" with no explanation whatsoever; their comfortable with small lies and sound really unprofessional.

  I wish to put a no star but seems I could not. This agent is really greedy. It is all about money and money. Please be clear, as applying for a rental property, I am not begging you for anything. Especially the agent called Jennie Cho, cold and blunt with no manner at all. Absolutely disgusting.

  I've been renting from this agency for just under 2 years now & I'm very happy. I always get a fast response when there's a problem with the apartment. Very happy with the service and the professional trades people the property agent works with. Excellent communication, they expect nothing more than the rent to be paid on time. No complaints...

  Melanie Stoneman is a fantastic property manager and she's also lovely. She is very prompt with repairs and if there are any issues she's onto it straight away. I work in real estate myself and can say from a tenant and industry prospective, she's 10/10. Thanks Melanie!
